Ceramic table tops are the thinnest at 12 mm but also the hardest. The surface withstands knives, key rings and hot pans. You never need to treat or protect ceramic. This makes it particularly suited for families with young children or anyone who does not want to spend time on maintenance.
The range includes 28 colours in marble-look, concrete-look, natural stone-look and solid tones. With a maximum size of 3200 x 1600 mm, ceramic is suited for large dining tables. Ceramic is frost-proof and UV-resistant, so also suitable for outdoor use.
Oak table tops of 40 mm thick European oak are available in 19 stain colours. Each top is stained and finished with matte 2K lacquer that protects the wood against stains and moisture while keeping the wood structure and grain visible.
Oak is less hard than ceramic or granite. Cutting or sliding crockery can leave marks. This is part of the material and gives the table a lived-in character over time. With significant damage, the top can be sanded and re-treated. Oak is not suitable for outdoor use.
Walnut tops of 40 mm have a dark, warm tint that suits modern and dark interiors. The wood is lacquered in its natural colour with the same 2K lacquer as oak. Maximum size is 2600 x 1200 mm.
Granite table tops of 30 mm are available in four varieties. Each slab is delivered sealed, protecting the surface against food and drink stains. Granite is frost-proof and UV-resistant, making it suitable as an outdoor table top. Note: granite is not heat-resistant. Always use trivets for hot dishes.
Under every top goes a base of your choice. There are 18 steel models in 10 RAL colours and 9 stainless steel models in brushed stainless steel. All bases are welded and finished in the workshop in Maasbree, Netherlands.
For outdoor use there is no functional difference between steel and stainless steel. Steel bases receive an extra primer powder coating making them equally weather-resistant as stainless steel. The choice is purely aesthetic: colour with steel, brushed silver with stainless steel.
All tables are available in four shapes: rectangular, oval, Danish oval and round. A rectangular table offers the most seating per square metre and suits elongated rooms. A round table works better in a square room and encourages conversation. Danish oval combines the advantages of both: straight sides for seating, rounded ends for a softer silhouette.
