How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order through our webshop. Add the desired products to your cart, go to checkout and follow the steps. For configured products, you can use the configurator to customize your product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel your order. For custom products already in production, this is unfortunately no longer possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and bank transfer. For larger orders, payment in installments is possible.

Can I order colour samples?

Colour samples cost € 2,50 each and are delivered by letterbox post. Visit our colour samples page, choose the colours you are interested in (up to 4 per material) and we will send them by mail. This way you can compare the colours with your interior at home.

How much does a custom table cost?

The price depends on the material, dimensions and base. A ceramic dining table starts from approximately €1,000, an oak dining table from approximately €800. Use our 3D configurator for an instant price calculation — no surprises afterwards.

Can I visit the showroom?

Absolutely! Our showroom in Maasbree is open 5 days a week. You can drop by without an appointment to see our tables in person and feel the materials. Our team is ready to provide personal advice.

How long does it take before my table is ready?

The delivery time for a custom table is on average 6-8 weeks. This includes production in our own workshop and quality control. Stock products are delivered within 1-2 weeks. You will always receive a confirmation with an expected delivery date.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders above the threshold. For smaller orders, shipping costs apply. Large products are delivered with fixed transport costs, shown with the product.

How long does delivery take?

Small products are delivered by post within 1-3 business days. Delivery time for larger products depends on the product. Custom products have a delivery time of 3-6 weeks, depending on the product and options.

Do you deliver to Belgium and Germany?

Yes, we deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For other countries, please contact us for a quote.

Can I choose assembly?

Yes, for large products we offer delivery with assembly. You can select this option during the ordering process.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Most of our products are custom-made and cannot be returned. This applies to all custom tables, frames, legs and tabletops. Standard stock products can be returned within 30 days in original condition and packaging.

Why can't I return my product?

Our tables and frames are custom manufactured to your specifications. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to custom products. In case of a production defect, we will of course contact you for a solution.

How do I return a stock product?

Contact our customer service to report a return. You will receive instructions for shipping it back. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.

When will I receive my refund?

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

How does the 3D configurator work?

With our configurator, you can build your product step by step. Choose material, dimensions and finish. You see a 3D preview and price instantly. You can save and share your configuration.

The configurator only shows technically possible combinations. Some options depend on other choices. Have a special request? Please contact us.

How accurate is the 3D preview?

The 3D preview gives a good indication of the final result. Colors and textures may differ slightly in reality due to screen settings. Request a sample if needed.

How much warranty do I get?

All our products come with a 5-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear and misuse are not covered.

How do I maintain my product?

We include maintenance advice with each product. Generally: use a damp cloth for daily maintenance and treat wooden products annually with the appropriate oil or wax.
