Dining bench or separate chairs?

A dining bench seats more people per metre than separate chairs, and the table looks calmer. The downside: whoever sits in the middle has to ask others to stand up to get out, and a bench does not slide as easily as a chair. So place it along the wall and use dining chairs on the other side.

A curved bench for a round or oval table

Pumba and Simba both have a curved seat and back. They follow the curve of an oval, Danish oval or round dining table, where a straight bench leaves a gap at the ends. A rectangular table works too, but then there is space between bench and top at the ends.

Length, upholstery and legs

Pumba comes in eight lengths, from 165 to 305 cm in steps of 20 cm. You choose fabric or leather and the colour yourself, and round or square metal legs in ten colours. Simba has a back with vertical channels in the fabric and stands on slim black metal legs, so you can see the floor underneath.

Fabric samples and service

Fabric samples for seating can be seen in the showroom in Maasbree; they are not sent out. For fabric upholstery there is the optional, paid All-in-House service: 5 years of stain and seating comfort service. On a dining bench one package covers 2 seats.

Delivery time and warranty

Delivery time for seating differs per model, from 2 to 12 weeks; the product page shows it for your version. There is a 2-year warranty on construction and finish.
