What is textilene?

Textilene is a woven synthetic fabric stretched tight inside the frame of a garden chair. Water runs through it and it dries quickly. The fabric gives slightly, so you sit comfortably without a cushion.

Which textilene garden chair?

• Aluminium Foxx: a light chair with armrests, for when you move chairs around often.
• Foxx with high back: the same chair with a tall, adjustable backrest, for long dinners or reading.
• Stainless steel Marco Polo: a black stainless steel frame with a woven seat and back, for a heavier chair that stands firm.

Aluminium or stainless steel comes down to weight and look. Both are suitable outdoors.

Caring for a woven seat

Clean the fabric now and then with lukewarm water, a mild soap and a soft sponge. Scouring agents, solvents and pressure washers damage the weave.
