Returns

For standard stock products, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of receipt. Custom-made products — including all tables, frames, table legs and tabletops made to measure — are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.

For stock products, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Within this period, you may cancel the agreement without giving a reason. After notifying us of the return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging. Keep the packaging carefully until you are sure you want to keep the product. Any damage upon delivery must be reported to us within two working days.

Register your return via our contact form or by email. You will receive instructions for sending the product back. After receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed. See our terms and conditions for full details.

All products manufactured in our workshop are custom-made. This includes tables, frames, table legs and tabletops made to measure, crafted from wood, natural stone, ceramic, stainless steel or metal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to these products, as they are manufactured to your specifications. Returns for custom products are only possible in case of a manufacturing defect.
