Cream is a modular sofa with rounded arms and soft cushions. The room photo shows it as a large corner sofa with a chaise longue, in a warm camel fabric.
A light, warm fabric like the one in the photo looks soft, but shows marks sooner than a dark or mottled fabric. Fabric swatches for seating can only be seen in the showroom in Maasbree, the Netherlands; they are not sent out by post. It comes with a 2-year warranty on construction and finish.
This product is made especially for you and is therefore not covered by the cooling-off period. Is something not right? We will of course put it right.
We deliver furniture ourselves, in our own van with two people, right to the spot where it will stand. You can also collect from the showroom in Maasbree, with no delivery charge. Samples and accessories go by post.
Before you order, check that your furniture fits through the door, the stairwell and the lift, if there is one. Unsure about access? Call or WhatsApp us before you order.
Every product is packed for transport, and made-to-measure pieces get extra protection. If you notice damage on delivery, report it within two working days.
The lead time differs per model and is shown next to the price on this page. If you order several products at once, the longest lead time applies. Your confirmation states the latest date.
Samples and small items go by post, and you receive a tracking code by email. Furniture we deliver ourselves: you receive a proposed delivery day by email in advance, which you confirm or reschedule.
Ask through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp. If you have already ordered, include your order number.
For standard stock products, the legal right of withdrawal applies. What we make to measure is excluded, in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.
For stock products, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Within this period, you may cancel the agreement without giving a reason.
The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging. Keep the packaging carefully until you are sure you want to keep the product. Any damage upon delivery must be reported to us within two working days.

Tables, bases, table legs, tabletops and window sills that we make to measure, in wood, natural stone, ceramic, stainless steel or steel, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. A made-to-measure item can only be returned for a manufacturing defect, which is covered by the 2-year warranty on construction and finish. Read more in our terms and conditions.
Report a quality complaint within 14 days of delivery, through Report issue on your order page. You find it under My orders or through the link in your order confirmation. Include photos so we can propose a solution sooner.
