Sand is a ceramic table top in plain sand beige, with a very soft texture and no veins. Matt finish, made to the millimetre in our workshop in Maasbree, the Netherlands.
Which base? Anodic Brown or Anodic Bronze matches the sand; black (RAL 9005) makes it more graphic. Mind the weight when placing it and avoid hard knocks on the edge: that is where ceramic is vulnerable.
Unsure about the colour? Order ceramic material samples first; samples are refunded when you return them. 2-year warranty on construction and finish.
This product is made especially for you and is therefore not covered by the cooling-off period. Is something not right? We will of course put it right.
We deliver furniture ourselves, in our own van, with two people. At checkout you choose: delivery within 4 weeks, or within 8 weeks at a lower rate. You can also collect from the showroom in Maasbree, with no delivery charge. Samples and accessories go by post.
We deliver the tabletop and base separately and assemble them where the table will stand. A base is often a single welded piece and cannot be taken apart further. Allow for this when checking doorways, corners and access to the room.
The lift must accommodate the tabletop length plus 10 cm. Otherwise, an external furniture lift is required. Also check that the base and access route fit. We only carry small items, such as a coffee table, up stairways. You arrange the furniture lift yourself; we agree the delivery date and time together. Unsure about access? Call or WhatsApp us before ordering.
Every product is packed for transport, and made-to-measure pieces get extra protection. If you notice damage on delivery, report it within two working days.
The lead time you choose includes production: within 4 weeks, or within 8 weeks at a lower rate. Your confirmation states the latest date, not an estimate, and we are often earlier. If a component takes longer, a made-to-order fabric for instance, you see that before checkout. Lead times for seating vary by model, from 2 to 12 weeks; the product page shows it.
Samples and small items go by post, and you receive a tracking code by email. Furniture we deliver ourselves: you receive a proposed delivery day by email in advance, which you confirm or reschedule.

For standard stock products, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of receipt. Custom-made products, including all tables, frames, table legs and tabletops made to measure, are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.
For stock products, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Within this period, you may cancel the agreement without giving a reason. After notifying us of the return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging. Keep the packaging carefully until you are sure you want to keep the product. Any damage upon delivery must be reported to us within two working days.
Register your return through the contact form or by email, and you receive instructions for sending it back. Return shipping is at your cost, unless we agree otherwise. Once we have received and checked the product, we refund the purchase price within 14 days. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
Tables, bases, table legs and tabletops that we make to measure, in wood, natural stone, ceramic, stainless steel or steel, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. A made-to-measure item can only be returned for a manufacturing defect, which is covered by the 2-year warranty on construction and finish. Read more in our terms and conditions.
Report a quality complaint within 14 days of delivery, through the contact form or by email. Include photos so we can propose a solution sooner.
Order samples of your tabletop and lay them on your current table, in daylight and under lamplight in the evening. Delivered within 1-3 working days. From €500 we deduct the sample costs from your order.
